Tema Group, founded in Cardiff and formerly known as Penarth Industrial, established in 1974, has grown through providing high quality engineering support and services to its customers. At first based mainly on customers sites providing essential maintenance and upgrades during major industry shut downs the business grew rapidly to support its customer base.

This philosophy of customer support has helped develop the current structure, The desire to provide all the requirements has initiated the introduction of new services, from the original small fabrication workshop Tema group now have the ability to fabricate, machine, corrosion protect, install and service.
