Tema Engineering are industry leading manufacturers of skid packages for offshore oil and gas applications. The multidiscipline ability of the Tema Group allows it to offer turnkey package solutions.

Tema can manufacture and design vessels PD5500, ASME VIII Div. 1 or 2, EN 13445 as well as any additional customer specifications. This includes the consideration of wind, blast and seismic loadings. Along with vessels, Tema can manufacture any addition pressure retaining pipework required for skid operation or tying into the existing plant. Tema Engineering are accredited in accordance with ISO 3834 and EN 1090, and such are well qualified to design and manufacture skid base structures, as well as additional platforms, ladders, handrails, pipe supports or lifting equipment.

Vessels, pipework and any structural items can be coated, both internally and externally, by Tema’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 accredited paint shop, to meet customer’s specific requirements.

When it comes to final assembly, this is all handled by Tema in one of our South Wales facilities. We are able to directly coordinate, or appoint, electrical and instrumentation contractors. We also perform or arrange Factory Acceptance Testing, Weighing and Centre of Gravity Checks, Proof Load Testing and packaging.

All finished products and projects are supplied documentation packs which provide full traceability, to meet code and customer requirements.
