Tema Engineering have all the necessary qualifications, procedures and quality certifications to supply a wide range of pressure retaining equipment for their customers. Tema routinely manufacture standalone pressure vessels and storage tanks for a multitude of onshore applications, as well as skid mounted vessels for offshore oil and gas applications.
We work closely with major external inspection agencies such as Lloyds Register, TUV, DNV, Zurich Engineering and BV. Our pressure vessels are typically designed and manufactured in accordance with PD5500, ASME VIII Div. 1 or 2, EN13445, and any additional customer specifications. We can also design and manufacture pressure equipment in accordance with ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, EN 12952, EN 12953, BS 1113, EN 13480 and NORSOK M-601.
Tema Engineering are also holders of the ASME certification which enable us to manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with ASME VIII Div. 1 and carrying the coveted ASME certification mark.
Materials of manufacture include carbon steels, low alloy steels, duplex, stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, 300 series stainless steels, 9Mo and Titanium.
Our fully experienced welders are qualified in accordance with ASME IX and EN15614-1 approved by notified body to conform to PED requirements.
Our experienced team are fully understand NORSOK requirements and many contracts have been completed to NORSOK specifications, this is also reflected in our procedures for welding.
