Our Expertise

Protective Coating Services

At Tema Protective Coatings, we specialise in protecting critical infrastructure from corrosion and deterioration, even in the harshest environments. Serving major industries such as petrochemical, marine, nuclear, railway, highways, and more, we offer a comprehensive range of services.

Our expertise includes blasting and applying high-performance coatings to ensure the integrity and longevity of assets such as bridges, water control structures, and industrial facilities. Whether at our state-of-the-art workshop or on-site, we deliver unparalleled protection and durability for all our clients’ infrastructure needs.

Our Protective Coatings Processes

Our roller/brush application is perfect for detailed work, while thermal and arc metal spraying with materials like aluminium, zinc, and copper adds extra durability. We also apply non-slip floor coatings for safety, high-performance coatings for added strength, and intumescent coatings that expand when exposed to heat, providing fire protection.

We use advanced techniques like 2 Component Plural Feed (Hydro Cat) and thermal applications of aluminium and zinc for superior corrosion resistance.

Steel substrates are prepared for coating by shot blasting with chilled iron abrasive media.

Additionally, we offer specialised blasting for stainless steel and aluminium using non-metallic abrasives such as glass bead, garnet, and aluminium oxide to ensure a pristine finish.
